Croissants with Nut and Nougat Cream

Ingredients
• 2 rolls of cold puff pastry
• 4 tablespoons nut nougat cream
• 1 egg
• 1 tablespoon milk
DIRECTIONS
1. Roll out one puff pastry and spread evenly with nut nougat cream
2. Roll out the second puff pastry and place it exactly on top of the other and press down lightly
3. Cut the puff pastry into 3 parts and then cut them in half into triangles
4. Roll up (long side to the tip), then place on baking paper
5. Whisk the egg and the milk and then carefully spread the mixture with a brush onto the croissants
6. Place your croissants onto your Broil King pizza stone and bake at around 200 degrees for 25 minutes, or until the croissants are cooked
7. Remove and serve warm!
