1. Mix together the olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, onions, Italian seasoning, pepper, paprika and salt. Then set aside.
2. Cut each steak into large 3 inch pieces, transfer to a ziplock bag and pour marinade over steak, place in fridge to marinate overnight.
3. Let meat sit at room temperature for 30 minutes as you prepare the vegetables. Thread the onion, steak, and bell pepper onto skewers. Our Deluxe Dual Prong Skewers are ideal for this.
4. Fire up your Broil King barbecue and set on medium high heat. Grill the kebabs for 8 minutes for medium rare or until desired doneness. Let the steak rest 5 minutes before serving.
