SMOKED DUCK LEGS

Ingredients

1.3kg-1.8kg Skirt steak or a meat of your choice475ml of beef brothThe juice of 2 limes16g of chopped coriander3 tablespoons salt1 tablespoon black pepper½ medium sized Jalapeno, seeded and rough chopped1 tablespoon of paprika

Instructions

  1. Combine and mix all ingredients
  2. Place skirt steak in tightly sealing container
  3. Pour marinade over the meat making sure it is submerged
  4. Marinate in the refrigerator for 8-24 hours
