Instructions
Preheat your grill to medium heat.
Split the crab legs and arrange them on a baking sheet with the split side facing up.
Combine the ingredients for the garlic butter sauce in a bowl using a spoon, ensuring that the butter is melted to create a sauce.
Carefully spoon the garlic butter over the crab leg meat, reserving some extra for serving after grilling.
Place the split crab legs on the grill, with the shell side facing down. Close the lid and grill for approximately 10 minutes or until the crab meat is thoroughly cooked. You’ll know it’s done when the crab leg meat turns reddish-orange and becomes opaque.
Remove the grilled crab legs from the heat and serve them with the garlic butter sauce and fresh lemon wedges.
