2 boneless skinless chicken breasts

2 cups lager beer
2 Tbsp olive oil
2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp salt
1 tsp marjoram
1 tsp coriander
1 tsp fresh or ground garlic
FOR THE QUESADILLAS
2 diced Roma tomatoes
1 diced green pepper
3 chopped green onions
1 cup corn kernels, (from fresh grilled corn is best)
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup crumbled blue cheese
6 tortilla shells
