THE BROIL KING PGT SYSTEM

PERFORMANCE GRILLING TECHNOLOGY

Therma-CastTM aluminium cook box will never rust. It’s closed design gives many advantages including superior heat retention, giving you consistant cooks and results, it makes it efficient in it’s gas usage and it vaporizes any juices from your food, this vapour circulates in the cookbox with your food giving you that authentic barbecue taste.

The lid is makes up part of the cookbox, its durable double walled construction with cast aluminium end caps make it a superior heat retainer, giving it high performance aswell as high quality.

The stainless steel Flav-R-Wave™ system vaporizes juices and infuses them back into your food for great flavour. It also protects the burners and evenly distributes heat over the entire surface of the grill.

This is possible thanks to special multi-stage valves located under the Sensi-Touch ™ control knobs. Linear-Flow ™ valves have a 180-degree adjustment scale, which allows not only to precisely set the temperature, but also to control the heat zones inside the cook box.

3-position Flav-R-CastTM iron cooking grids perfectly store and distribute heat. They can be used on both sides (one to sear the perfect steak, the other to collect juices from food to add flavour) and can be angled to channel excess juices away from burners, minimizing pesky flare-ups.

  • ROTISSERIE SET

    This barbecue includes an open flame back burner and a rotisserie with a heavy duty motor. Rotisserie cooking constantly rotates the food, allowing a constant basting of juices over the meat, giving juicy and tasty results.

  • SIDE BURNER

    The Broil King side burner amplifies your cooking experience, save yourself from running in and out the kitchen by having a hob right by your grill. Caramelise onions, warm up sauce, even add a cast iron griddle accessory.

  • ILLUMINATED KNOBS

    These illuminated knobs are as practical as they are attractive. Easily see your control knobs when grilling at night and add an ambience meanwhile.

  • LARGE FOLDABLE SIDE SHELVES

    The large durable stainless steel side shelves give you plenty of space for prepping and can also fold down if you need the space for storing.

  • INTERNAL GAS STORAGE

    With such a beautiful barbecue, you don’t want an ugly gas bottle sitting next to it, hide it away in the cabinet to keep your setup attractive.
